I am currently a psychotherapist in training, working towards earning my MFT license at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco. I practice client-centered psychotherapy focused on helping my clients to achieve more nourishing and abundant lives by inviting them to access their internal wisdom and cultivate greater awareness. Psychotherapy is a process of inquiring and exploring in a safe and receptive environment. My work is focused on catalyzing a process that leads each individual to a place where they meet with their values, creativity, self-empowerment, centeredness, kindness, generosity, and as a result: their happiness. It all starts with "Dreaming Bigger," first allowing yourself that kindness. You might be able to experience and effect your world in a brand new way. It is the gift that you deserve.

Join us! Nov. 2-Dec. 4. Inspiring your Future: Creativity Psychotherapy Group.

A Catalyst Psychotherapy Group
 Creatively discovering your internal wisdom and achieving your goals

                    Inquire, Explore, Process, Play
Engage your creativity and join us in a playful process of exploring what you love and desire. Reclaim your inner strength and creative power, while taking steps towards achieving your personal and career goals. Together, we will use techniques of art, self-expression, journaling, guided imagery, movement, mindfulness, meditation, and group discussion to bring greater clarity and support to your unique journey. This group is for adults and is beneficial for addressing transitions of all kinds.

When: Tuesdays in November, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm (Nov. 2-30).
             & Saturday, Dec 4: retreat, 10 am-4 pm

Where: Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center
               507 Polk Street, San Francisco, CA 94102

Cost: $150 -200 sliding scale available, ($30 per session, $50 for retreat)

Online Book Recommendations for Clients: @ "Good Reads"

This "Book Reads" account is for my clients and their communities. It is a functional recommendation list that I will update as I find more books that I would strongly recommend for different concerns and interests encountered in psychotherapy. Some of the books recommended here are influenced by my training in Tibetan Buddhism but the values reflected are wide reaching and accessible to everyone, teaching non-dogmatic mindfulness, kindness, and wisdom.
